Buy or Sell In order to meet the expectations of our customer, our customer must meet the expectations of our brand. Here's how and what we accept...Buying-Selling-Consignment Process: Required Conditions of Items: Clean, Functioning (ie. Electronics w/ Batteries), Whole, and Up To Date (within 5 yrs). Age range of these items is Newborn to 7 yrs, with Shoes up to Size 3. Selling/Consignment: Buying Schedule: Jan - June: Spring/Summer Items July - Dec: Fall/Winter Items We are currently focusing on accepting items on Consignment as this gives us more flexibility with bringing in new items and offers you a higher value in return. For your convenience, it's best you first contact us at moms_mommiesmusthaves.com with descriptions and pictures of what you would like to sell. Once we suggest what items we may purchase, you can bring them to the store in which we need up to 2 days to consider the items. Once you are contacted with the offer, if you choose not to accept the offer you will have 2 days to retrieve the items or they will be considered abandoned and become property of Mommies Must Haves. Consignment: A consignment agreement is one where the owner allows Mommies Must Haves to sell the item(s) within a designated period of time for a percentage of the sale price. DONATIONS: Items can be dropped off and we are unable to offer you a tax deduction for your donation. Our Products: Apparel: Please keep outfits together. We accept Pajamas, Jackets and Coats, Hats, Gloves/Mittens, Swimwear year round, Dancewear, Costumes, Athletic Wear, Belts, Booties, Slippers and Boots. Furniture: Cribs (no recalled drop side), Bassinets, Changing Tables, Dressers, Beds, Gliders, Chairs, Tables. etc. Mattresses are also accepted but will be carefully evaluated. Toys: We accept most kinds of Indoor and Outdoor Toys. Items denied are Toys that can be chewed on or contain fabric (ie. Chew Toys, Musical Instruments, etc) Equipment: Examples are Strollers, Diaper Bags, Sleds, Bikes or Tricycles, Bouncy Chairs, High Chairs, etc. Items not accepted are items that are risk averse or unsanitary: Car Seats, Motored Units, Items unsafe for Children, Bottles, Silverware, Pacifiers, etc. Miscellaneous: Items include Books, DVDs, Baby Care, Decor, Shoes, Accessories. etc. Return Policy: No refunds for returned items. Only store credit available for 3 days after purchase. Because we are a resale store, we cannot accept back items with minor imperfections but we do guarantee our products to be functioning at the time of purchase.
